The 6-Week Launch Blueprint

Six weeks from idea to something real is achievable when you follow a clear sequence: diagnose, design, deliver, launch. No endless discovery; no build without a plan.

Week 1–2: Diagnose and design

Align on the user, the problem, and the smallest set of features that prove value. Lock scope and success criteria. Produce a pragmatic plan: IA, data model, delivery approach. No coding until this is agreed.

Week 3–5: Deliver

Build in short cycles: prototype → review → V1. Use common tech and keep documentation in step. You get production-ready output and repos you own. Regular checkpoints keep scope and quality on track.

Week 6: Launch and support

Ship. Post-launch warranty is part of the deal. From there you can iterate with the same team or take the reins yourself — you have the code and the clarity.

How RSD fits

This is the Rapid Solution Delivery rhythm in practice. If you want a 6-week (or similar) path to a real product, book a call to see if it’s right for you.
